I would like to thank 'Sounds Great' for the help they gave in mending my sons trombone. There had been significant damage to the slide and in particular to the bumper area and I half expected that it was beyond repair.

Please extend my thanks to Mark Lyon, who has helped maintain our brass instruments before and was resourceful in finding solutions and parts for the trombone. My thanks also goes to Christine Kieffer at Rosetti who I understand went out of her way to find the pieces needed. I would have no hesitation in purchasing another Rosetti instrument with this sort of behind the scenes back up.

I wanted to write to you to congratulate you on your excellent level of customer service, which in this day and age is hard to come by.

I spoke to Phil last week about buying a trumpet for my daughter who has joined the school brass band. Phil gave me lots of helpful advice, all of which was gratefully received as I know nothing about brass instruments and put an instrument aside for us to view the following day.

Upon arriving at the shop on Saturday, Phil was on hand to show the trumpet to us and once we were happy with it, reserved it so we could purchase it through the school.

I placed the order with school on Monday morning and the trumpet was delivered after lunch the very same day.

That is what I call service!

In my experience you normally have to jump through hoops to receive such service, but you are truly an example of exceptional customer service.

Well done and rest assured I have passed on your details to other mums in the same situation as me who have no idea when it comes to knowing one end of a trumpet from the other!

I bought an AD35, Ser No 611, unseen, after discussions and on the recommendation of Demetrius at the store. The service from the store was first class and the description of the guitar, as mint condition, was completely accurate.

What I wasn’t prepared for on receiving, was the incredible sound from this guitar, it is beautiful to look at, to hear and to play. This guitar has surpassed all my expectations.

Quick follow up to tell you how absolutely awsome those Doug Aldrich Suhr pickups are! have you played a set??

Couldnt be happier with the end result, and what a transformation! The output (especially on the bridge) is off the scale! but still retains a beautiful vintage tone. Definately built for high gain applications as it suggests... Cuts like a knife through butter, and you get he most amazing clarity and string definition.

The Neck pickup is beautifully focussed, and not so flabby or bass heavy as the original, and just sounds soo smooth! - particulary when really driven hard.

Overall 10/10
You should buy a set if you havent already!
