For deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail and Interlink couriers, where possible we will provide you with a tracking number so you are able to track your purchase. If you provide your mobile number, Interlink will text you with an hour window of when your item will be delivered.
For international orders we use Royal Mail, Fedex and DHL where possible we will provide you with a tracking number so you are able to track your purchase.
We strive to dispatch any orders received before 1pm the same day however in certain circumstances this may not be possible and you will be notified immediately.
To ensure complete customer satisfaction, it is our policy to check every item before dispatch, if you do not wish for your item to be checked and wish for it to remain "factory fresh" please add this to the "additional delivery instructions" box in checkout.

If your item arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition please let a member of our sales team know straight away and we will try and get a replacement out to you and collect the damaged unit as soon as possible.
