This is a rare example of a Burns, this particular model was built between 1962 and 1964. These two pickup 'Jazz Guitars' are much rarer than the 3 pickups models. Originally made to be a less extravagant option than the Burns Bison or the expensive Hank Marvin guitars.

This is a rare prototype where the pickguard has a shorter top horn and the controls are arranged slightly differently. A very collectible piece of history!

The guitar features two Tri Sonic pickups and a regular 3 way switch plus a Burns Series II vibrato system.

Burns guitars were made in England and are of very high quality, this particular example is showing its age which is to be expected from an instrument that is over 50 years old.

Full of 60s character, this is a excellent chance to own a fabulous piece of history.

There is no case with this guitar.
